“A Lovely Way to Discover Old Istanbul with kids”

We had a wonderful experience exploring Old Istanbul with Dilek. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the tour enjoyable for the whole family. Most importantly, she was wonderful with our children and was very patient and engaging with them throughout the tour. She made sure they stayed interested while also giving us a great introduction to the history and beauty of the key highlights of the tour. We really enjoyed our time with her and would happily recommend her to other families traveling with children.

We had a wonderful experience exploring the old Sultanahmet area of Istanbul with her, and I can't recommend her enough. We were traveling with kids, and given that this was a long walking tour, she was fantastic about keeping the pace comfortable and making sure everyone — especially the little ones — stayed happy and engaged throughout. she introduced us to some delicious local delicacies that we wouldn't have known to try on our own, and they turned out to be some of the tastiest bites of our whole trip. One of the most helpful parts of the tour was when she taught us how to use the Istanbulkart and even guided us through purchasing one. That one tip made the rest of our commute around the city so much easier for the remainder of our trip — something we were genuinely grateful for. Overall, she made us feel comfortable, taken care of, and gave us practical tools to enjoy the rest of our time in Istanbul. Highly recommend her for anyone visiting Sultanahmet, especially families traveling with children.

“Suzan exceeded my expectations with a curated tour in Sultanahmet. ”

Suzan was GREAT! She curated a day's worth of touring for me specifically focused on my personal interests. Not only is she knowledgable and passionate about history and Istanbul, she is incredibly nice and easy to spend the day with. I enjoyed her way of presenting the facts while letting me go off on tangents. One of the day's highlights was lunching at a rooftop restaurant with great food and a vista facing the water, just talking about life and art. Suzan went out of her way to take me to some very specific workshops that aligned with my interests and was so patient while I geeked out! At the end of the day she also sent me links to a few other sites that would interest me and recommended that I could visit on my own. I would highly recommend Suzan to anyone wanting a personalized experience in Istanbul.
