Gayrat is an exceptional guide. You will not go wrong spending a day with him. My son and I did the 7-hour walking tour of the city. He'll customize your tour and make sure you get time with any special requests. I enjoyed our stroll through local neighborhoods and an off-the-beaten-path mosque. Gayrat taught English, at the college level, if I remember correctly. He is also a certified guide and knows every detail of the area. He tells stories that bring the history alive.
