Local Market (Phsar Phoum Peak)
Phsar Phoum Peak is the most authentic market and is always bustling with locals. You can visit local people cooking street food, selling their products like herbs, and spices, raw meat, fruit and vegetables, souvenirs, local crafts, DVDs, clothes, shoes, jewelry, hair and makeup salons, artwork are some of the things available here. The market opens at around 8 am and closes at 6 pm.
Visit Khmer Traditional Medicine Market
Khmer medicine is a type of naturopathy using remedies, such as roots, barks, leaves and herbs to enhance the body’s healing ability, and it has been used to treat illness for ages. Cambodian Traditional Medicine was formulated in pre-Angkorian times. It offers a holistic approach and avoids using s surgery and medication.

Sunset at the Lake (Western Baray)
Western Baray, or Baray Teuk Thla in Khmer which means “Clear Water Reservoir” in English, is large reservoir located to the west of Angkor Thom. The West Baray is a perfect rectangle, measuring approximately 8 km by 2 km. Originally it had an average depth of 7 meters, holding 120 million cubic for agriculture.
