Game of Thrones Tour - Fun and Exciting Walking Tour
Welcome to King's Landing, my dear fellow Game of Thrones fans!
If you love this show that much or you just started watching, or you maybe have seen it way too many times ( I did it three times! :P ), then you need to join me on this very different, but incredibly unique tour about one of the most popular TV shows ever filmed.
I will take you to the most popular filming locations and share many interesting stories about filming King's Landing in Dubrovnik. Are you excited to do this?
Meeting Point

Pile Gate
This is our meeting point for many of my tours and for this one as well. From this point, we are moving to a nearby bay where Blackwater bay was filmed together with many other scenes from the show. It is incredibly exciting to compare these locations with numerous pictures I will have with me in my booklet, together with explaining the process of transforming real-life locations into places from a fantasy TV show. You will also have a chance, especially if you are a big FAN, to recreate some scenes right here where Sansa and Shae used to sit on top of the pier and count ships in the sea. It will be really cool once you see the photograph!
St. Lawrence Fortress
After the visit to Blackwater Bay, we go to the St. Lawrence fortress which stands for Red Keep, the royal castle and which offers an incredible view of the city walls and the Old Town. Here you'll have 10 minutes break to use a restroom, take pictures and simply enjoy your free time. This location is usually used for wedding ceremonies and theatrical plays during the Dubrovnik Summer festival due to its unique setting. Trust me, once we get here, you will have your breath taken away by the view and the beauty of the Old Town!
Lokrum Island seen from the top of St. Lawrence Fortress
Since during this classic game of Thrones tour we do not go to Lokrum Island, we can see it from the fortress. Over there the City of Quarth was filmed - a place where Cersei walked naked or where Khaleesi was asking for the ships to cross the Narrow Sea, using a special book with photographs I will take you back in each scene to explain the entire filming process.
If you wish to visit this island, I can customize a tour for you and include the island in the tour. That way we can go there and see more scenes in real life. Contact me for more info.
Walk of Shame Stairs
Definitely the most popular location from the Game of Thrones filming WORLDWIDE is this one. Even though they filmed the show in more than 5 countries. they've chosen Dubrovnik for their most controversial scene to be filmed right here. It was very challenging to do so, but also very fun and creative.
Many information like the prices of windows in the Old Town the had to pay to get closed or tricks of hiding cables on the walls will surprise you and give you another perspective on the filming industry. This tour consists of history, anecdotes and filming tid bits you will LOVE!

Guide fee and hotel pick up ( if the hotel is in the near vicinity of the Old Town )
Entrance fee for the fortress of st. Lawrence (50 kn per person, if you have a city wall ticket not older than 3 days, you can use that one). Contact me for more information about that!

Visit of the official and licensed merchandise GOT shop in the Old Town is included in this tour where you can buy some souvenirs and take a picture on a famous Iron Throne.
