It was an absolute pleasure working with ESRAA, an exceptionally professional and experienced Egyptologist tour guide. Her team was punctual, organized, and highly compassionate throughout the entire experience. They went above and beyond to accommodate our father, who is disabled and required additional planning, assistance, and extra time for transportation and navigating inside the museum. Their patience, kindness, and attention to detail made the tour comfortable and enjoyable for our whole family.
