“Great customer service”
I was very impressed with the quick response to my e mail question. Also called their hotline phone number with a question. Got an actual human and she was outstanding helping me. I would use this service again. Our driver was also excellent!

“Pünktlich und sehr gut”
Am Flughafen in Osaka wurden wir bereits von unserem Fahrer mit weißen Handschuhen erwartet und in einem blitzsauberen Fahrzeug ( innen und außen ) direkt zu unserem Hotel gebracht. Für ältere Personen über 70 Jahre eine angenehme Art den Transfer zu bewältigen

“Transport Service ”
We had a great experience. Our driver was waiting for us and he even obliged a last minute request of writing my granddaughter’s name on the sign he used to bring to the airport. She was very surprised! I highly recommend the service
