Dahshur:

Geographically it is located about 30 km south of Giza Pyramids. Naturally It is a magnificent archaeological site, where there you will enjoy the serenity of the desert away from the noise of the city same time you will enjoy seeing the green lands surround the desert itself!

At Dahshur, you will enjoy visiting 2 extraordinary pyramids. They are the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid; both are almost 4500 years old, and they were made to be the final resting place for King Snefru who was the father of King Cheops to whom the Great Pyramid at Giza was built! For sure they did not chop the body of the king to bury it inside two pyramids! You will know when you visit Dahshur! When we are there, you will see why these pyramids are known in these names!

Memphis is our second visit.

Memphis was the first capital city of the united Egypt, it lies 25 km south of Giza pyramids, the city goes back to the 33th century BC, when it was established by King Narmer, the first king of the united Egypt, who could unite the north and south of Egypt under his rule and crowned himself as the first pharaoh of the united Egypt in 3200 BC then he established the new capital of Egypt, which was Memphis. Memphis has remained as a capital city for hundreds of years, then it was replaced by Luxor, however Memphis has remained so significant city in ancient Egypt, even after it was replaced by Luxor where it always received the attention of kings and queens of ancient Egypt.

Memphis was vanished over the years, however we are fortunate to discover some of the ruins of that amazing city, among the ruins are brilliant pieces such as the giant statue of King Ramses II, who was the greatest king of ancient Egypt, his statue is a unique masterpiece of art highly preserved aged 3200 yeas old, We also discovered other masterpieces for some iconic historic figures like a Sphinx statue for Queen Hatshepsut, which is the biggest Alabaster Sphinx ever made aged 3500 years old. In addition to a nice collection of statues, coffins, columns, and stone tablets, where all of them were discovered in the site of the ancient Memphis, so we decided to build an open-air museum to display the monuments in the place of the discovery.

I do this tour in a special way to let you enjoy the hidden gems of Saqqara, so your itinerary will include the Enigmatic Serapeum and the tomb of Ti, not just the Step Pyramid as 99% of tourists see at Saqqara! I believe that those who do not see Serapeum and the tomb of Ti, they have not been to Saqqara.

The Enigmatic Serapeum:

It is an enigmatic maze of underground galleries beneath the rocks of Saqqara, when you are there, you will be amazed by the gigantic size and the precise accuracy of digging such deep, massive and long galleries underneath! When you visit The Serapeum, you will understand the exact meaning of the underworld and simply you will excuse all of those who strongly believe that the Egyptian monuments were made by aliens!

The Serapeum of Saqqara has been a continuous source of speculation and mystery since its discovery in 1850. Even now, no theory has been able to explain exactly how or why the 24 giant sarcophagi were moved to the site and precisely installed in their notches.

The Tomb of Ti :

The depictions on the walls of this tomb are unique because it shows you what kind of food people ate at the time of the Pharaohs? Was the Egyptian woman just a housewife or did she work? What kind of art people had at the time of the Pharaohs? What kind of Sport people had thousands of years ago? How did supervisors manage their employees? When was the earliest report written in the history of mankind so far? How did the Pharaohs build their boats?
