* Please note that the tour fee covers the guided experience only. Admission tickets to the museum must be purchased separately and in advance.
* Mandatory Online Booking: To ensure entry, you must book your tickets through the Official GEM Website for a specific time slot.
On-site ticket sales are currently unavailable.
* Photography Rules: Personal mobile photography is allowed throughout the museum. However, flash photography is strictly prohibited near sensitive artifacts.
* Prohibited Items: Professional cameras with detachable lenses, tripods, selfie sticks, and drones are not allowed inside.
* Bags & Lockers: Large bags or backpacks exceeding 40x40 cm must be stored in the museum's lockers.
* Footwear: Wear comfortable walking shoes, as the museum is vast and involves a significant amount of walking.
* Accessibility: The museum is fully wheelchair-accessible with ramps and elevators.
* Food & Water: Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but small water bottles are permitted. There are several cafes and restaurants on-site for breaks
