Walking & Footwear

The tour includes moderate walking on sandy, rocky, and uneven ground. Comfortable closed-toe walking shoes are strongly recommended.

Sun Protection

There is limited shade at the Giza Plateau. Please bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and enough water to stay comfortable and protected from the sun.

Entering the Pyramids

Tickets to enter the chambers of the Great Pyramid are not included in the standard tour price. They can be purchased separately at the main entrance.

Health & Accessibility

Entering a pyramid involves bending and walking through narrow, steep, and humid passages. It may not be suitable for guests with claustrophobia, heart conditions, or severe back and knee problems.
