Visit Dendera Temple

The Temple of Hathor is one of the most well-preserved antiquity sites in Egypt today and is an excellent example of traditional Pharaonic architecture. The Temple of Hathor was built primarily during the Ptolemaic Dynasty, which was a period of Greek rule in Egypt. The main feature of the complex of Dendera is the Temple of the goddess Hathor. Hathor was the goddess of love, music, dance, happiness, and motherhood in Ancient Egypt.

At the end of the tour, enjoy some free time to take photos and capture the beauty of the temple at your own pace. Your guide will be happy to help you find the best spots for memorable pictures before we begin the return journey.

“Perfect Day in Luxor!”

We had an incredible experience with Ali S! We only had one day in Luxor, and he planned the perfect customized itinerary so we could do and see everything we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and taught us so much about Ancient Egypt, plus he was very friendly, helpful, and lots of fun!
