Travelers will be picked up at the hotel indicated by them with a car , 7 seater Suv or minivan based on the number of passengers. The driver will welcome the travelers inside the hotel and check the reservation. The journey will last approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to get to Pompeii, during the journey travelers will be able to have 15/20 minutes of break for a coffee or a sandwich in a restaurant. The journey to Pompeii is not very scenic but you will be able to admire Vesuvius. This is a private tour so clients will enjoy the tour alone without other people.

Pompei.

In Pompeii, travelers will visit an ancient Roman city near modern Naples. Pompeii, together with Herculaneum and many surrounding villas was buried under 4-6m (13-20ft) of volcanic ash and pumice in the eruption of Vesuvius in AD 79. the inhabitants were also buried before they could escape. The cost of the ticket to visit the excavations is included in the price and a local private guide is also included. This is a private tour so client will enjoy the tour in Pompeii with a private local guide alone without other people .

Positano

To get to Positano from Pompeii the journey takes about 1 hour. The journey is very scenic, certainly one of the most sought-after attractions worldwide. You will be able to admire the Gulf of Naples in all its beauty and then move on to the Amalfi coast where it will be possible to stop in front of the Sorrento landscape to take some photos. The journey continues with other fantastic panoramas that can only be admired on the Amalfi coast. Once in Positano, clients will be able to visit this town on the Amalfi coast in southern Italy. It is a very popular tourist destination with pebble beaches and narrow, steep streets full of shops and cafes. Travelers will then be able to stroll, go shopping, have lunch in one of the town's restaurants. The cost of the restaurant is not included in the price, but I remind travelers that in addition to restaurants there are many cafes where slices of pizza or delicious sandwiches are sold. Positano is a very small town known for its beauty and location. Since it isn't a medieval or historic town, there are no guides available in this town. However, clients will always be in contact with the driver, who will be available for any requests.

“Great day trip to Pompeii”

Andrea P made our trip to Pompeii a seamless experience. We were traveling with older guests needing special accommodations and Andrea was extremely helpful with this. He arrived to pick us up a few minutes early, and the ride was comfortable. He was very engaging and our conversations were helpful for the rest of our stay and also interesting. He told us great history and has excellent knowledge of this and Italian culture. He was easy to have very pleasant conversation. He had a great place for us to stop for lunch and had arranged an excellent tour guide for us at Pompeii. When arranging this trip a few months ago he was very prompt with responses and information. We would definitely book another tour with him.
