Meeting Point
Guest's Hotel in Seoul
- Meet your guide in your hotel lobby at 9:00 AM. Please provide your hotel name and address when booking. The sample route uses walking and public transportation. The schedule can be adjusted to your hotel location and preferences.
Gyeongbokgung Palace
Begin with Seoul's royal history and palace architecture. This is a sample itinerary and can be customized to your interests and pace. On palace closure days, we will agree on an alternative such as Changdeokgung or Deoksugung. We travel on foot and by public transportation; admission and transport are paid separately.
Bukchon Hanok Village
Stroll through traditional hanok streets and discover how old Seoul lives alongside the modern city. Enjoy photo stops and stories about Korean homes while respecting the residential neighborhood. The route follows local visiting rules and may be adjusted on restricted days.
Ikseon-dong Hanok Alleys
Explore narrow hanok alleys where traditional buildings have become creative boutiques, cafes and small shops. Enjoy the contrast between old architecture and contemporary Seoul, with time for photos and browsing.
Gwangjang Market - Local Food and Lunch
Experience the energy of a traditional market and enjoy lunch from its Korean food stalls. I will introduce local specialties and help you choose dishes to suit your tastes. Lunch, snacks and drinks are paid separately. Afterwards, travel by public transportation to Namsangol Hanok Village.
Namsangol Hanok Village
Discover traditional Korean houses and learn about the spaces, customs and daily routines of earlier generations. Enjoy a relaxed walk through the village before continuing to Myeongdong. On closure days, an alternative stop will be arranged with you.
Myeongdong Shopping and Street Life
Finish the day in one of Seoul's best-known shopping districts. Browse Korean beauty and fashion shops, explore the lively streets and enjoy time for shopping or a snack at your own expense. Your guide can help with local recommendations. The tour ends in Myeongdong at approximately 5:00 PM, leaving you free to continue exploring.

* Hotel pick-up service (meeting at your hotel lobby)
* Personalized and flexible itinerary planning
* Public transportation: please budget approximately USD 5-10 per person for subway and bus fares during the day. A transportation card, if needed, costs extra.
* Lunch: approximately USD 12-25 per person, depending on your choices.
* Coffee, tea, snacks and other drinks: approximately USD 4-10 per person.
* Attraction admission: please budget approximately USD 3-10 per person for the sample itinerary. Gyeongbokgung Palace standard adult admission is KRW 3,000. Additional paid attractions or activities requested for a customized route cost extra.
* Optional taxis: charged separately at the metered fare and shared by the group. The amount depends on distance and traffic; we will discuss the expected cost before taking a taxi. A private vehicle and driver are not included.
* Personal purchases and souvenirs.
Suggested additional budget for the sample itinerary: approximately USD 25-55 per person, excluding taxis, transportation card purchase, shopping and optional activities. These are planning estimates, not fixed charges. Payments are made locally in Korean won, and USD equivalents vary with exchange rates. Please bring some Korean won for transportation card top-ups and market stalls.

Public transportation (subway/bus) and taxis will be used during the tour. Please bring a transportation card (T-money) or cash/credit card for fares.
