Imjingak (임진각)

The DMZ tour's viewpoints offer a fascinating glimpse into the landscapes and historical sites that define Korea's divided peninsula. Starting with Imjingak, this symbolic park is a meaningful tribute to those separated by the Korean War. Located just outside the DMZ, it features monuments, the Mangbaedan Altar for ancestral rites, and Freedom Bridge, a historic rail bridge used by POWs returning after the war. DMZ Tour (Approximately 3 hours)

Explore the Third Infiltration Tunnel(제3땅굴), one of four tunnels dug by North Korea for a potential invasion, discovered in the 1970s. Guests can walk partway into the tunnel, experiencing firsthand the tension of the past and the reality of military strategies.

Continuing the tour, the Dora Observatory(도라산 전망대) offers a panoramic view of North Korea, where visitors can use high-powered binoculars to gaze at the North Korean village of Kijong-dong and the iconic flagpole. This viewpoint allows for a rare look into a secluded part of North Korea and captures the stark contrast between the two Koreas.
