Leaving the city behind, you’ll drive through lush valleys adorned with orange groves, ancient olive trees, and working farms as you travel the coast. Along the route, a stop at Cafe Afoulki in Chichaoua offers a chance to rejuvenate with a coffee or snack.
Resuming the journey, the landscape transforms, and the first signs of the famous Argan trees emerge. These trees hold immense nutritional, cosmetic, and medicinal value. As a relict species from the Tertiary age, they are well-adapted to the arid conditions of southwestern Morocco and are protected by UNESCO.
