The colourful Souks of Marrakech is known as the Berber market.It is one of the most frequently visited places in the old town as it is considered one of five basic areas ,inside the walled city, where not only locals,but also visitors from all over the world can visit and shop.

Guests can enjoy by a nice and interesting demonstration by a herbs specialist about the world of spices (e.g. safran) and natural remedies (e.g.the mint crestal)..
The Seven Turns Area
The Sven Turns Area is one of the oldest and authentic places inside the Medina which is famous by the Berber weaving coopératives . There guests can get admired by the wonderful presentation about the history ,design,and techniques regarding the Berber, Saharian,Arab,and Jewish rugs.
The Fabric Dyers
The fabric dyers is where fabric,cotten,and silk are being coloured by the use on natural items to make beautifully hand made scarfs and towels....
The Lamps Cave
Guests can really enjoy many outstanding decorative lamps made of bras by the artisans.
The Black Smith
The iron work section is really amazing that can remind guests of the mediaeval age,where they can have a look at nice workart made by the iron workers.
The Wood Carving Area
Guests can get admired by the beautifully hand made work ,such as the magic boxes by the wood carvers.
The Berber Jewellery
Morocco is also renown for the Berber Jewellery . In the colourful Souks there are areas where nice hand made jewellery made of silver is being bought.

“Perfect day!”
Adil was a delightful guide, just perfect for us. The tour group we were with had already taken us to see all the major sights but we wanted a private tour of the souks, not just the regular run through of cheap, schlocky merchandise. Adil delivered. He took us to some lovely places where we found just what we were looking for. He even helped with the negotiating. Very personable and helpful.

“Amazing tour with Adil!”
Adil was informative, upbeat, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about Marrakech. He showed us a great tour of the souk and was patient with us shopping, and walked us to where our lunch reservation was after the tour! He was great and I can’t recommend him enough. Thanks adil!

“Super day in Marrakech”
We were met on time by Adil and had a brilliant tour visiting all.historic sites, palaces, medina souks etc. Adil was super knowledgeable and able to share history, stories and facts about all locations with enthusiasm and passion for his city and country. We had chances to enjoy special Moroccan snacks and a lunch, all delicious. Adil.is a charming and professional guide and I would 100% recommend his services.
