How can I meet my driver ?
At the airport arrival gate you will find your driver waiting for you with your name on a sign. our support available 24/7 to help you find your driver in case needed, but most of times our costumers get to see their driver easily.
Where will my driver drop me off ?
For all hotels located outside the Marrakech Medina the driver will drop you off right at your hotels door. But for some hotels that are inside the Medina walls our driver will drop you off at the nearest gate to your hotel We cam also arrange a meeting with one of your hotel staff .
What if my flight is late ?
We can track your flight in order to be present at the airport at the right time and we can wait for up till an 1 hour from the your landing flight. Even more extra waiting time is offered if it take longer than 1 hour.
