This Experience will give you the chance to know and live the daily life of a local Moroccan FAMILY.
At the same time, with the help of our Chef SANAE (my Wife),you'll learn to prepare different and the most traditional dishes & drinks of the Moroccan Cuisine, such as the TAGINE, SALAD, BREAD(KHOBZ) and the MINT TEA.
You'll become a Chef the Moroccan Cuisine, just by following what our Chef does.
When everything is prepared with your own hands, cooked and ready, we'll eat it.

Meeting Point
At your hotel, port
Medina
I'll pick up you from your Hotel/accommodation or port, in a private car or van and we'll drive to the Medina(old town),then we'll walk through the daily food market,and we'll buy some products that we will need in our Cooking class.
Berber Farmacy (spices,Argan oil,herbs...etc)
This Experience will also allow you the chance to learn about the Berber tradition visiting a Berber Farmacy,natural medicines,oils,spices and natural cosmetics.
After that,you'll have even the chance to visit a part of the Berber Market (souk,handcraft market).
Family Moroccan House
You'll be very welcome to my house into my Family,my Wife my two sweets daughters and I,
With our help you lear how to prepare your own TAGINE and You'll become in Chef of the Moroccan Cuisine.
We'll start preparing BREAD (KHOBZ) following the recipe of our Chef SANAE, and also you prepare the most popular dishes (TAGINE),SALAD and the MINT.
When everything is prepared with your own hands are cooked and ready, we will have a Family Moroccan Lunch together. And you'll always have a Family in Morocco.

His service was very professional but very friendly. Our family of 14 persons on Celebrity Equinox Cruise were met by one of his team in Cadiz port on time and were transferred to Seville. In Tangier Bilal himself met us at the port and for 9 hours Bilal showed us around and introduced us to the local culture. local food delicacies, camel ride. market walk etc. On top of all Bilal had assisted to find my wife's wallet which was accidently dropped at the restaurant we had lunch. Spent a great day with Bilal during our short stay in Tangier from a cruise. The tour was tailored to what we wanted to do and the time we wanted to spend at various sites.
