Upon your arrival from tarifa,your personal Guide will meet you and greet you at the port of Tangier,before taking you for your Tangier Day Trip which will start by an interesting dightseeing tour around Tangier with an air-conditioned & well maintained minivan.
Your Tangier day trip,will include a nice drive through the ville nouvelle so that you can learn about the European Architectures.Tangier was,unlike other parts of Morocco,appointed as an international Zone being administered by 9 powers.you'll learn how cosmopolitan Tangier is,where Muslims,Christians & jews have been living in peaceful coexistence.
Perdicares Park
At the iberian Distric,you'll spot the highest minarete of the Mosque that is shrouded in mystery,however,no worries as we'll shed light on the islamic religion and how the architecture is very symbolic in every building.after that you'll drive through the California District with its fancy villas,mansions,palaces including the Royal Palace.
You'll have a short break for taking pictures in the perdicares park.this wealthy person lived in Tangier in the beginning of the 20th century.
Cap Spartel
Continue on the track to the promontory cap spartel,the views from here ate stunning.
At this point,the Atlantic Ocean & the Mediterranean both coverage,the lighthouse it still operarting to this day.Drive along the Atlantic costine with the possibility to include a camel ride experience before reaching the Neolithic Hercules Caves.
Kasbah
Drive back to Kasbah District,which is built uphil overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar the Iberian Peninsula & the Medina.you'll meander around the intricate alleyways leading us to the kasbah Musuem,which was the Sultan Moulay Ismail's Palace during his enthronement in the 17th century.it has been recently turned into a Musuem exhibiting a wide collection of antiquities rugs,crafts,Roman remains and much more.
Medina
Now,it's time to explore the vibrant Medina with its bustling cafes and shops.you'll get inspeared by the preserved heritage of the locals including cummonal oven or bakery,mosque and hammams.
Get to the Grand Socco and from there to the Petite Socco.the souks are divided into sections according to spacialety selling spices,antiques,rugs,vegetables,olives,
leather and much more.
Your Tangier Day Trip may include depending on opening hours a visit to the American Legation,which wetnesses the long established diplomatic relations between Morocco &United States of America.Morocco was the first country that recognized the Independece of the United States of America and this building was the first official overseas administration.
When the Tour is finished,we'll scort you back to the port to get your ferrey,otherwise,we can get you back to your accommodation in Tangier.

Morocco Food Cooking Class With Local Family
“Fabulous immersion in Moroccan culture with Bilal”
Really enjoyed our authentic Moroccan cooking experience and tour with Bilal. Started with a scenic drive, learning about Tangier and some of the sights. Went to where the oceans meet and then had a very cool camel ride on the beach. Felt really honoured to be welcomed into Bilal's home where we met his wife and daughters and learnt how to make a traditional Moroccan meal. Homemade bread, salad, chicken, olive and lemon tangine and the delicious mint tea. After the meal we explored the Souk and looked around the medina. Felt a little pressured to buy in some of the shops (we are more browsers) however appreciate the culture is to help you and encourage purchases. Overall a fabulous day - would thoroughly recomend, thank you so much Bilal
