Shopping tour of Tangier
Join Rababe, an official female licensed tour guide, a local knowledgeable about the hidden souks, bazaars and selected workshops, where skilled artisans make the best scarves, caftans, Berber rugs, pottery, silver jewelry and many other crafts.
This tour is also the opportunity to learn about the Moroccan history and culture, as well as endless stories that happened in every corner of the old Medina of Tangier.

Visit several shops and workshops to discover the Moroccan crafts. If you like an item, then you can ask about the price and use your bargaining skills.
Grand Socco & food market
It's time to visit the food market and discover the local foods and products, including olives, spices, oils...
A stop for snacks and Moroccan mint tea
When you're done with shopping, let's have a stop in a nearby café or bakery to taste Moroccan salters and cookies and sip some mint tea.

This is a walking tour of the old Medina, so no transportation is provided.
If your hotel is located away from the medina, then I can arrange for you a transfer with a private air conditioned minivan.

“I think I'm still full!”
We went on a tour of a lesser known market away from the tourists and made excellent food in her home. It is such a nice change to have create and eat food with a family to get a better sense of the culture when traveling. There was no lack of good food, sweets, breads, tagines, fruit. Don't bother with breakfast, you'll be fed enough for a week!
