Hiking in Sintra-Cascais Natural Park

The hike will be split in 2 areas, a 5 km hike in the Santuario da Peninha area, follow by a 1.5 km hike in the dunes of Cresmina. We will have time for small snack in Peninha Area and then for coffe break in the dunes.
Both areas of hiking are inside the beautiful Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, along with the hike you will have the opportunity to learn about the local history and traditions.
We will take you from Cascais Train Station to the hiking location by car/van

Meeting Point
Largo da Estação, Cascais
- The meeting point is in front of the main door of Cascais train station.
Hiking in Sanctuary of Peninha
Our first part of the hiking is a 5 km (3 miles) circular trail, the difficult of the hike is considered easy.
In this area we will walk, in the top of the mountain through different scenarios, we will go through the enchanted forest, bush area and through historical monuments.
a small snack and water will be offer during the hike.
Cresmina Sand Dunes
A great place for coffee break in the local bar on top of the dunes, and a amazing hike throught the walkways in the sand dunes.
