This is a fantastic morning hiking by the sea, 3 miles, difficulty easy, duration around 2/3hours.
You can visit Maia village, old water mills and water fall, springs, wild black sand beach, on the end of this trail if the weather condition good you can swim in ocean.

Here its where we go start our hiking for 2/3 hours
Porto Formoso village / Water Mills beach
Porto Formoso its wonderfull town with farmers and fishing men, in north coast side,great view to the harbour and next stop in Praia dos Moinhos beach, can chill a bit in the beach or eat and drink something in the beach bar with great terrace by the beach
