★Standard course(7h): Start from SASEBO city.  Drive to HIRADO island.  Drive through the Hirado Ohashi bridge, or walk on the bridge enjoying great view. Then you visit HIRADO castle, Xavier Memorial Church, Duch Trading House(Restored), Lunch time,  drive through KAWACHI PASS,  And observe NAKAENO island(World Heritage Site) which is the sacred place for hidden Christians.  Drive across the IKITSUKI Ohashi biridge, hedding north, stolp at SHIODAWARA cliff and drive back to SASEBO and dismiss.

★Full course(Max:9h): Basically same route as standard course,  visit some optional spots by guset's requests, takes longer tour time, then drive back to SASEBO and dismiss.

If you visit MATSURA museum and observe the inside of HIRADO castle, you will understand the history of Matura clan who ruled HIRADO since 13th century.

Through this tour, you can observe the great view of KUJYUKUSHIMA islands from several lookouts, understand the NAVY history of SASEBO, enjoy the shopping, eat in the local shopping center and market,  optionally experience KUJYUKUSHIMA islands cruise, visit an aquarium and zoo.

SASEBO High Lights

Model Itinerary
★Standard course(6h): Start from SASEBO city.  Drive through HARIO island observing HARIO Com tower.  Drive through the SAIKAI bridge or walk on the bridge observing whirling tides and New SAIKAI Bridge. You can walk the bottom of New SAIKAI Bidge without fee.  Then you drive cross OHSHIMA Bridge, drive around OHSHIMA island.  Return to the main land, hedding to South along the west coast of NISHISONOGI Peninsula with great ocean view.  Visit OHNO Community (World Heritage Site), observe OHNO Church, then move to SHITSU Community (World Heritage Site), observe SHITSU Church and Hidden Christian related museum. Drive across the peninsula to the east side, hedding to North, drop in Holland Village.  Take some free time.  Drive back to SASEBO and dismiss.

★Full course(Max:9h): Basically follows the standard course, visit additional spots, so longer than standard maximum 9 hours.  

Through this tour, you can observe 2 of 12 World Heritage Sites of Nagasaki(Hidden Christian related), WW2 related huge comm towers ruins, can enjoy unique zoo and botanic garden, national natural monument cave, beautiful landscape of the west coast of NISHISONOGI Peninsula.

NISHI-SONOGI area high-lights (from SASEBO)

★Standard course(6h): Start from Nagasaki city.  Hedding to north along the west coast of NISHISONOGI Peninsula with great ocean view.  Visit Shitsu Community (World Heritage Site), observe Shitsu Church.  Drive across the peninsula to the east side, hedding to North, drop in Holland Village.  Take some free time.  Drive to Saikai-bashi park to have a lunch, walk to the bridge.  Visit Hario Comm tower, then drive across New Saikai bridge then go back to Nagasaki city.
