The rest are historical, spanning Nagasaki's founding as trading port and Christian safe haven, the crackdown on foreigners and Christianity, Japan's isolation, and finally the tragedy of the Atomic Bombing. Because I will use my car, we can experience more sites with less exertion, more privacy, and a better chances to talk.
