Hi! I'm Aya, now based in Sapporo area (from June 2026)! After growing up in Hokkaido, I graduated from college in New York and have lived in seven cities across three countries. These experiences allow me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds while sharing Japan through both a local and international perspective. I love sharing the side of Japan that many visitors never get to see, from local culture and everyday life to hidden food spots and the stories behind them. Over the years, I have guided amazing guests from the east to the west, especially in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto and now in Hokkaido. I especially attract food enthusiasts and culturally curious luxury people looking for hidden gems, local flavors, and unique experiences that you can’t find online. My guests tell me that spending time with me feels more like exploring with a knowledgeable local friend, and they ask me to be a guide for their next trip too. Whether you are interested in food, nature, culture, art, music, or simply experiencing Japan from a local perspective, I tailor each experience to your interests, mood, personality, and life experience! About me: I'm a huge foodie who also loves cooking and baking. I'm also a coffee and wine lover, play the piano, practice Japanese archery (Kyudo), and enjoy horse riding. I’m naturally curious and love learning from people from different backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life. P.S. I've lived in Vancouver Canada, Upstate New York, New York City USA, Tokyo, Osaka, and Sapporo area in Hokkaido Japan :)

Hello, I’m Hiroyo. I was born and brought up in Shizuoka. After living in Tokyo and in England, eventually I came back to Shizuoka. It is really a good place to live. I have been interested in Japanese traditional culture. I used to be in a Kendo(Japanese fencing) club and a Japanese flower arrangement club when I was a student. I got a degree of Sho-dan(first-dan) in Kendo, and a diploma in follower arrangement. I also got a certificate as a Japanese tea instructor. It would be my great pleasure to help you find out more about Japanese culture. Shizuoka is a lovely place to visit. It has many historical sites, traditional culture, abundant nature and a wide variety of local specialties including green tea, wasabi, many kinds of fruits and sea food fresh from the sea! You will be sure to enjoy them. Hope to see you here in Shizuoka!

¡Hola!

I was born and raised in Hiroshima, and I have been guiding visitors for more than ten years. For the past three years, I have been a professional guide, and I have conducted over 200 paid tours. My specialties are guiding visitors around the Peace Memorial Museum, the Peace Park, and Miyajima Island. I also enjoy introducing people to Saijo, which is famous for its sake breweries. Thanks to my long experience, I am able not only to explain the exhibits and monuments, but also to share the deeper stories behind them. Many of my guests have told me they especially appreciated this. As a second-generation atomic bomb survivor, I feel a strong responsibility to pass on the stories of Hiroshima to people from around the world. At the same time, I want my guests to enjoy the beauty and hospitality of this city. I look forward to guiding you and creating memorable experiences together. Thank you very much

I have lived in Japan for 12 years so far, including 7 years in Tokyo and 5 years in Kamakura. I know these two places very well and would be glad to share my knowledge of Japanese history and culture with you. I speak four languages, including Japanese, and I enjoy meeting new people. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or requests. P.S. English is not my native language. "Chuuganabira" or "Hello" as we say here in Shuri! I'm Sara. My mother is Japanese from Nagasaki and my father is American from Pennsylvania. I spent my formative years between Japan and the U.S. giving me a naturally bicultural outlook and global sensibility. I am a hospitality professional with over 35 years of experience in Japan’s international hotel and tourism industries having held senior positions with world-renowned hotels. I've welcomed distinguished guests - from artists and actors and political leaders and celebrity chefs. I have also worked as a simultaneous interpreter for major Japanese organizations supporting large scale cultural and international events. I relocated from Tokyo to Naha in 2003 because I totally fell in love with this beautiful port city during my travels - the warm friendly people, delicious local food, rich history and culture and most of all the breathtaking turquoise ocean and magnificent blue sky. My passion is making people happy through "omotenashi" - the Japanese art of polite, thoughtful and respectful hospitality. I specialize in Shuri Castle tours and have insider access to Shuri Castle through my onsite research, membership in the Shuri Castle Friendship Association and a close relationship with both the castle's staff and the Okinawa Churashima Foundation which operates the castle. I also have deep ties with the descendants of the Sho royal family, offering rare insights into the history and culture of the Ryukyu Kingdom. I am looking forward to introducing you to the royal, majestic and fascinating world of Shuri!

Hi! I’m Ki — your overly excited, always-curious, and sometimes accidentally funny Japan guide. I guide in Kanagawa, Yokohama, and Tokyo. I’m not just a guide — I’m also a photographer and video creator, which means two things: 1. You’ll get great photos of your trip, 2. And I’ll probably say “Wait! The light here is amazing!” at least three times a day. I guide in English, Japanese, and Chinese, so whether you’re asking “Where should we eat?”, “这是什么?”, or “どう行けばいいですか?” — I’ve got you covered! My tours are friendly, relaxed, and full of little surprises. I love showing travelers not only the famous spots, but also the cozy corners and hidden gems that make Japan special. Families, couples, solo travelers… everyone is welcome! I’m naturally optimistic, always smiling, and I truly believe the best part of any trip is the fun we don’t plan. My goal is simple: Make your day in Japan easy, fun, and memorable — with lots of laughter along the way. If you want a cheerful, flexible guide who can translate your cravings into real food, help you navigate the trains, and take great photos of you — I’m here! Let’s explore Japan together — one snack, one photo, and one “Ooh that’s cute!” at a time.

I am fascinated by the rich history and culture of the city of Nagasaki and the surrounding area and I take great pleasure in introducing people to what is one of the most unique locations in the world. It is a place of dreams, ambitions, tragedies, resilience and physical beauty. As a resident of Nagasaki for over 40 years and a professor at a university, I have had decades of experience guiding foreign guests around the city and other locations near the city. I have also guided my Japanese students on cultural trips to the U.S., Canada and the U.K. around 20 times. In addition, I have decades of experience conducting courses and lectures on Nagasaki history, Japanese society, Japanese history and contemporary Japanese literature. Although I greatly enjoy encouraging learning and experiences on others, I also thrive on continuing to learn more and every tour is a rewarding experience for me as well.

I'm Hiroyuki. I was born in Osaka, central city in western Japan, and when I was college student, lived in Kyoto, previous capital of Japan, and now live in Tokyo, current capital. I have worked for a global company for about 30 years. Working with international members gave me the opportunity to communicate with people with different cultures, and sometimes the opportunity to guide the spots of interest to them. I found it interesting to show Japanese interesting spots to the guests, such as the wonderful things, strange things, mysterious things, marvelous things. For the past few years, I tried to improve ability to communicate with people from abroad. Recently, Japanese history intrigued me. I’m really into finding historical places, local favorites, and unique systems in Japan. In the tour pages, I am introducing tours in Tokyo and tours in Kyoto and Osaka. I include the orthodox sightseeing places. However, you could also specify some unique local places. Information about local spots and local foods such as Ramen, Udon would be interesting to you. Please contact me and let’s talk about your itinerary specially made to order. I’m looking forward to hearing from you and to seeing you in Japan.

Naruto is very famous for the whirlpools which can be observed from ships, or from the Naruto Bridge spanning the Naruto Strait. And the Naruto Park also has a number of sightseeing points to enjoy. One of them is Otsuka Museum of Art. This museum reproduced masterpaintings in Western Art on ceramic boards in the identical sizes of the originals and Its collection consists more than 1000. In addition, Naruto is home to the first and second pilgrimage sites of the Shikoku Eighty-Eight Temple Pilgrimage. In the surrounding areas, there are breweries that produce sake and soy sauce using traditional methods. Would you like to enjoy Naruto with me? I look forward to your visit. Hola. ¡Soy Masami! Espero tu visita.
