The Synagogue "El Tránsito" or "Samuel Leví" was built in the 14th century. The name Samuel ha-Levi corresponds to the treasurer of King Pedro I of Castille. I recommend you to wear comfortable shoes since the tour involves a lot of walking and the city is paved with cobblestones.
If you come by train, I recommend you to get the tickets in advance.
I can be waiting for you at the train station, if you come by train.
If you come by a private car, I can be waiting for you at Bisagra Gate.
On Monday, the synagogue El Tránsito is closed and on Sunday mornings, the cathedral is closed.
There are many other sites we can visit, but we should take this into account.

“Remarkable history that belongs to Toledo.”
Laura was knowledgeable, interesting and informative with a friendly manor. It was clear that Laura enjoyed imparting and sharing her obvious love of Toledo. We came away the promise that we will return to Toledo one day soon.
