We had the pleasure of working with Mack as a private guide for two days for a group of very high-profile VIP clients. Our tour was excellent! From the start, our guide was professional, thoughtful, and great with communication. We exchanged information to develop our itinerary and our guide helped us at every step with planning and coordinating. Easy meet up at the airport, welcoming transportation to our first stop for which he anticipated and secured tickets for us early that morning! He also secured delicious dining reservations for us!
