My journey to becoming your guide wasn't just about memorizing facts. I honed my language skills – English, French, and even German – to bridge the gap between cultures. I then worked with leading tour companies, but I dreamed of a better experience for visitors.
So, I delved into the world of business, studying economics and accounting. Why? Because a smooth trip is essential! I was inspired by global tourism models, I even traveled to Canada to learn about exceptional customer service and food hygiene.
