Kazumasa is responsible, patient, and friendly. I recently booked his"Private Sightseeing from KIX to Osaka" trip. My flight was delayed quite a bit. Kazumasa waited for me, and managed to take me to see parts of Osaka. I am grateful for his help.

“Non-informativde tour”
We planned a few hours stop in Himeji to visit the castle and the old town. Kazu met us at the train station as agreed and helped us with the logistics of storing our luggage, then led us to the castle. From then on, nothing much really happened. He has very little or almost nothing to say about the castle or its history, and just walked us around. What could have been an interesting tour ended up quite boring for the group, which quickly dispersed. The walk in the old part of town later was not much better, with nothing at all to say about it. Overall, a disapporing expensience. :(
