“Poor Experience”
No disrespect to Yasuo, but my client had a very poor experience with him which caused me to have to issue a refund to the client for poor service, as she was very upset that he was not able to find the location. This did damage to my company's reputation, and my reputation as a travel agent. Again, no disrespect to Yasuo, but this is the experience we had. Nothing malicious happened, but the experience was not good or reliable for the client.

Hello, I’m Makoto (Mac) and I'm a national-licensed tour guide. My previous career as an automotive engineer, gave me the opportunity to learn English and to live in the US, Germany, and England. I now live in Ikaruga town in Nara prefecture, where the UNESCO World Heritage, Horyuji temple is located. I regularly offer guides on the Fujinoki tumulus, which is located near the Horyuji temple. It contains very interesting Archaeological findings from the end of the Kofun Period.
