“Perfect day trip for a multi-generational family”
Wendy was an awesome tour guide for our "express" yet customized day trip to Teotihuacan! We had a group of ten including a grandparent in her mid-70s and five kids ages 7-12. The whole trip was simple and stress-free booking with Wendy: from the private car AirBnb pick up, to the tailored, narrated tour of the main pyramids, to our request to have lunch at La Gruta. She provided lots of historical context and also cultural context throughout our car ride and the tour. It was the perfect amount for our group, and we recommend her highly!

I grew up bilingual and would visit family in Mexico City throughout the summer since childhood. After high school I came to stay for a year and never left! My Mexican culture is very dear to me and I’ve always been in love with the cultural wealth that my Motherland offers me. Though I’ve worked in several different areas of interest such as performing arts, yoga, ESL, interpretation and translation, I decided to certify as a tour guide with the Ministry of Tourism in Mexico and have been giving tours since 2014. I specialize in Mexican Muralism and Religious Tourism. I´m quite adept with the Anthropology Museum, Chapultepec Castle, the Templo Mayor Museum, the Ancient College of St. Ildephonse (the cradle of Mexican Muralism) and the MUNAL (National Museum of Art) as well as the Palace of Fine Arts permanent collection in Mexican Muralism. In regards to Religious Tourism I have expertise with the Basilica and all other iconic religious Temples as I´m fluent with its iconography. I don´t limit myself and have knowledge of other interesting sites and am flexible and open to customizing tours for you with interests specific to you.
