We had a really enjoyable tour of the Forbidden City with John. He was upbeat, friendly and pleasant throughout the day, and everything was very well organised. John was punctual and managed the timing of the tour extremely well. We were able to see everything planned without ever feeling rushed, and he still made sure there was plenty of time for bathroom breaks, photos and stopping when we needed to. A real highlight was that John managed to arrange access for us to an exclusive robot tour, which was a fantastic and unexpected addition to the experience. John’s positive attitude and easygoing manner made the day very enjoyable. “Excellent guide, itinerary and a comfortable trip with no worries.”
We had a wonderful 2-day Beijing tour. We visited the Summer Palace, Mutianyu Great Wall, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. Our guide John was excellent. He knows a great deal about Chinese history and explained everything clearly. He was patient, friendly and helped us take nice photos. The car he provided was very luxurious and comfortable with massage chairs and wide windows so we could enjoy the view. We had an amazing experience throughout the whole trip.
