There are compulsory security checks to the Prague Castle complex, please leave any potential guns, knives, pepper sprays etc. at home ?
Our tours run rain or shine – In case of rain, please dress accordingly and bring an umbrella or a raincoat with you. In winter, temperatures can get quite low, be aware of that and put an extra sweater into your backpack. But remember – it’s your vacation, so if you are cold during the tour, just say so to your guide. There’s always a cafe nearby where you can warm up and then go on with the tour.
Put on your walking shoes and proper clothing – Prague Castle complex has a lot of cobbled streets – please wear a decent pair of shoes. Walking involved in the tour may vary, but it is not a marathon. Still, please let us know in advance if you do have any mobility issues. We can always adjust the itinerary so that less walking is involved.
Also kindly note that the main attraction of Prague Castle is a religious site. Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing that covers your knees and shoulders.
Curated tour of the world’s largest castle complex – Prague Castle gardens are closed every year from Nov 1 until March 31. During the winter months, we’ll enter the Castle grounds through one of the 3 main entrances and instead of the gardens, we’ll show you the hidden streets of an area called the New World.
The admission includes St. Vitus Cathedral, Old Royal Palace, Basilica of St. George and Golden Lane.
