Mont Boron

Fort Montalban

The Fort du Mont Alban is a military fortification built between 1557 and 1560 on the hill of the same name, between Nice and the bay of Villefranche. It is one of the few well-preserved examples in France of mid-16th-century military architecture.

Eze Village

Let’s visit Èze. The medieval village of Èze, with its steep narrow streets, is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful villages on the French Riviera. This little corner of paradise is located in the Alpes-Maritimes, between Nice and Monaco, along the Middle Corniche. Plage de Fourmis

Enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere of this small bay at the foot of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, with views of the town of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat to the west and Villa Kérylos to the east. The bay features a fine pebble beach, Plage des Fourmis, located just a few meters from the Casino gardens. The beach stretches over 250 meters and offers private areas with dining options, as well as sunbed and parasol rentals. At the foot of Villa Kérylos, there is also a small, picturesque port, mainly used by local recreational fishermen. Life here feels so serene that you just want to sit all day on the stone wall above the beach, watching the sea — just like in Alain Souchon and Laurent Voulzy’s song, La Baie des Fourmis.

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat

Part of the County of Nice, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat was one of the last plots attached to France in 1860. If we find the trace at the beginning of the Middle Ages of Saint-Hospice, an anachoret monk who lived in seclusion in a tower with maritime signals, it was only at the beginning of the 19th century, then in the Belle Époque that the fame of this privileged site was installed thanks to the rise of luxury tourism. Its exuberant vegetation, exceptional climate and sumptuous landscapes have prompted the world's greatest fortunes to build extraordinary villas and palaces, such as the Ephrussi de Rothschild villa, and still make this peninsula the perfect place to live. The port is the true heart of the village. Built around the old fishing port, the new marina was inaugurated in 1972. In 2015, the clean point was rehabilitated and brought up to standards as part of the "clean ports" approach. To date, the Port of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat offers standardized and modernized structures.
