About Tour Guide Marisa F.
Hello. My name is Marisa and I am a tour guide in the ancient, mysterious and beautiful city of Lisbon. Lisbon is an ancient city and Phoenicians, Romans, Muslims, Catholics passed through this city all left their mark in heritage, words and food. Lisbon was also a city of spies. Even the real James Bond ( yes, it was a real James Bond) lived here and worked here.
So, if you want to join me in this journey, I offer you, in Lisbon, 2 tours: a tour to discover the old town of Lisbon and a spy tour, focusing on world war II. But if you want to experience a magical place, I'll take you
to Pena Palace. Pena Palace is a must-see, in the beautiful, romantic and world heritage, Sintra Village.
And in the end, before you leave Portugal, I promise you will understand the true meaning of the Portuguese word Saudade.
See you soon. Goodbye or Adeus!

“Great History”
This tour was absolutely wonderful. Marisa was an excellent guide. She had so much information that it almost to hard to process! She had fabulous pictures of the people she was talking about to go along with the stops on the tour. She even gave me book suggestions for further "homework". I highly recommend Marisa and this tour!

“The best tour we have ever done.”
Super informative, interesting and completely facinating! Marissa was incredibly knowledgeable and she presented the information in an engaging and fun way. The tour took us to great locations around Lisbon in addition to giving us a much better understanding of the history of Portugal. We highly recommend this tour. Obrigada Marissa!

“Lisbon City Tour”
Had an excellent day touring around Lisbon with Marisa. She had great communications leading up to the tour and was a wealth of knowledge in the local history. She showed us many hidden gyms in the city as well as all the larger must see sights.

Walking Tour in old Lisbon
Fenicians, Romans, Muslims, Christians, Jews, all those passes through Lisbon, changed the city and left their marks: the alphabet, the numbers, the architecture, the tiles, the poetry, the wine and the pastry. Come and join in a walking tour through Alfama, the neighborhood where Fado was born, the Cathedral, where the old mosque is buried, and the Jewish quarter. We finished with a coffee and a custard tart or a ginginha, who knows? It will be unforgettable, I promise you.

Sintra. the most romantic place on earth
As described by Lord Byron "Even on earth, Sintra is the most romantic place in Portugal or maybe in the world. With this beautiful historical centre, Sintra has many palaces but the most impressive is Pena Palace, a romantic palace at the top of the mountain. We start our guided tour in Lisbon, pick up the car and in 40 minutes we'll arrive. After a walk in the centre we will visit Pena Palace, After lunch, we move to Cascais, a privileged place chosen by royal families to live during
