My name is Celia and for over 15 years I have been researching, guiding and teaching others about Berlin.

I specialise in German history and culture, particularly throughout the 20th century, with a special interest in German cinema and music. I offer private, bespoke tours tailored to visitors’ interests and needs. Understanding Berlin’s history is essential to understanding the history of Europe: from the rise and fall of the German Empire, through the 1920s and cabaret culture, to Nazism and the aftermath of World War Two with the division and Reunification of Germany.
