“Great start to our four days in Tokyo”

Chiaki was an outstanding guide and made our first full day in Tokyo both enjoyable and incredibly helpful. She picked us up at our hotel and tailored the day to include exactly what we had hoped for, including learning how to use Tokyo's public transportation. She patiently explained the transit system as we traveled, and by the next day we felt confident navigating it on our own. She also took us to beautiful gardens that we never would have discovered by ourselves and to a local temple for a fire ritual that was a real highlight of the day. To help us understand the ceremony without disrupting it, she had prepared printed cards explaining what was happening, and she even reserved seats for us while we stepped away to use the restrooms. It was such a thoughtful touch. At the end of the day, she took us to Senso-ji Temple, which we had requested. Although it was extremely crowded, she shared the history of the temple as we walked through. We were especially glad she had included a visit to a quieter temple earlier in the day, where we could enjoy a more relaxed and authentic experience. Chiaki is knowledgeable, organized, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about giving her guests a great experience. We had a wonderful day and would highly recommend touring Tokyo with her.

“Not the last!”

This was my second guided tour with Chiaki, and I'm looking forward to it not being my last. She is a remarkable person, always happy to share her knowledge about her city. My first time was a great tour of Shibamata; we had lots of fun. The second was a custom tour, and she remembered my wishes and my tastes. This tour was even better. I hope to see her a third time! I highly recommend Chiaki. She listens to your comments and adjusts the tour to your liking. She is very professional, flexible, and friendly. Book her while you can, as she is in high demand.
