“Great guide who showed us an excellent, customized experience”

Chiaki was a great guide, dedicated to creating a customized experience tailored to what we wanted to see. We did a 6 hour tour of the sites we were interested in. As we were creating the day’s agenda , Chiaki offered great suggestions and options to fill out the rest of the day and on how to best group the sites to minimize time spent in transit. She share a lot of helpful, informative insights the day of the tour to help us better understand Japan, Tokyo, the sites we Saige and the Japanese culture. Highly recommend!!!

“Knowledgable and caring Tokyo Guide”

I booked Chiaki for 4 days to guide my Mother, who was visiting Tokyo on her own. Between Chiaki and myself, we planned a bespoke itinerary, based on my Mother’s interest in the arts, craft, culture and food. Chiaki was always responsive, flexible, organised, and went above and beyond. At every step, I felt confident that my Mum would be well cared for. Chiaki is a reliable and competent guide and my Mum had a very memorable time in Tokyo. I would not hesitate to use her services again.

“Chiaki is a national treasure”

This was our second tour with Chiaki. She is always respectful, attentive, informative, and kind. She met us at our hotel in Ginza which I believe is hugely helpful especially for those who don’t know their way around the city yet. Her tours involve walking and subway train rides so be sure to have your subway train pass ready. We use the Suica app in our Apple wallet - very easy to use! This tour we went to Tsukiji market which our family enjoyed immensely! We sampled lots of food and viewed many types of food we hadn’t seen before. After, she took us to the fire ritual at the Buddhist temple Fukagawa Fudou-do temple. It was amazing to watch the event! We then traveled to the Imperial Palace to view the grounds and get some history from Chiaki. Next we travelled to Harajuku and walked to the Meiji Temple where we saw a wedding party in traditional attire. Lastly we stopped for lunch near Shibuya where we enjoyed talking to her over a meal about Japan and its culture. I have already booked another tour with Chiaki when we return in October! I highly recommend her for your next tour.
