Regarding the toll and parking fees, we would like to clarify the following: This tour is typically operated from Tokyo, and accordingly, the highway tolls are calculated from Tokyo. Even though the tour began from Mt. Fuji as per your request, the vehicle and driver still needed to travel from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji to meet you. This is one of the key differences between a private hire service (ハイヤー) and a traditional taxi in Japan. During the inquiry stage, we provided you with an estimate of the expected toll and parking fees for the entire journey, including the cost from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji. The booking was made after you reviewed and accepted these terms. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
