I am Kashima. I have gained the Government Licensed Tour Guide authorization in 2017/2. I passed a licensing examination of Kyoto Tourism Culture Certification Test 3rd grade in 2023. I passed a licensing examination of Tokyo city guide in 2023. I had worked for one of biggest Electric Company in the world which manufacture various type of Electrical products. I had a task roll of design development of Semiconductor for Video movie appliance in Japan and semiconductor marketing for 5 years in USA. Secondly, I had worked for one of big grovel Electric part Company which manufacture connectors for Electrical appliance usage. I had a task roll of quality assurance cooperating with the grovel college including USA, Europe (Ireland, Germany, France), China and Eastern Asia. I usually play tennis with my friends every weekend and am tough enough to take you around everywhere you would like to visit in Tokyo area. I've studied at the university and worked for the company located in Tokyo total over 40 years, and so I know main popular sightseeing spots and fantastic spots though not so popular. Day and Night in Shinjuku, Meiji shrine and Takeshitadori in Harajuku, Crossroads in Shibuya, Imperial Palace in the center of Tokyo, High brand shopping street in Ginza, Several Museums and quiet Forest in Ueno and Oldfashioned Nakamise and Sensoji temple in Asakusa. Of course, I can take you to 5th station of Mt. Fuji, Ropeway and Pirate Ship in Hakone, Shrines and Temples in Kamkura or Gorgeous Toshogu Temple in Nikko. Since I 've already done bus tour guide several times for H.I.S. and JTB, I can take care over 10 people at the same time around Tokyo using public transportation. “Perfect trip / Perfect Day :)”
I had the opportunity to be guided by Rieko on August 3rd, 2026 for an Initial D driving tour. She's a truly wonderful woman and I had a great time with her. We talked about all sorts of subjects, and the day flew by in her company. She taught me a lot of things, but above all, it was simply an excellent day to start my stay in Japan. “Amazingly fun tour!”
As an Initial D fan I could not have asked for more from this tour. Rieko is incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of the series as well as other aspects of Gunma's history and culture. She accommodated my particular interests (initial D and general Takasaki tourism) and was flexible to include extra elements into the tour on the fly. The pace did not feel rushed but we covered a lot, more than I could have if I'd hired a car. Rieko was quick to respond to queries in the lead up to the tour. I would not hesitate to book another tour with her.

“Customized Initial D Tour with Yamba Dam Exploration”
We highly recommend this tour to fellow Initial D fans as Rieko took us to must see sites featured in the anime. Rieko was also very friendly, flexible, and fluent in English. She even went out of her way to help us spot all the Initial D manholes in Shibukawa. The process of pre-planning and customization of the places to we want to visit were smooth.
