About Tour Guide Yoshi S.
Hello, I'm Yoshi!! I started my second career as a tour guide after retiring from the Japanese computer company I had worked for about 40 years. I was born in Asakusa and grew up in down town in Tokyo. I am married with two daughters and three grandchildren, two girls and a boy.
I've experienced guiding international visitors in Tokyo and other famous sightseeing spots as a guide for several years. I will be so happy to help you enjoy your stay in Japan. Look forward to joining my tour!!

I am available from 9am to 5pm everyday.
I am flexible to one day trip to Hakone, Lake Kawaguchi and Nikko if you pay my transportation fee on top of the tour in Tokyo.

We can discuss and decide places to visit effectively for a limited amount of time. Lake Kawaguchi, Mt. Fuji, Pagoda and Cherry blossoms!
Lake kawaguchi is one of the Five Lakes at the foot of Mt. Fuji and also a resort area. Visitors can enjoy various experiences on top of fine view of Mt. Fuji throughout the year. Many kinds of delicious local food like "Robatayaki" and "Hoto noodle" are available.

I'll pick up you at your hotel and take you to traditional areas, Fukagawa and Ryougoku, which are reminiscent of old townscape in Edo, former name of Tokyo. And at the end of my tour I'll take you to your favorite shopping area, Ginza, Shibuya or Shinjuku before leaving.

Kamakura is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Japan with easy access from Tokyo, I'll pick up you at your staying hotel and take you to one day trip to Kamakura which is located about 50km southwest of Tokyo. Kamakura was the seat of the first military government called Shogunate during the period from the end of 12th century to the early 14th century. Then Kamakura has many historical and cultural sites and attracts visitors all over the world as well as Kyoto and Nara.

“Mount Fugi”
We had a wonderful day with Yoshi touring Mt Fuji. He was on time & spoke English very well. We were doing this trip post marathon so it was a little slower for us to keep up with his walking but he was patient & we enjoyed the walking too. We were able to see all the sights & the day was beautiful. I would recommend Yoshi especially if you want a walking & bus tour for the day.
