YOKO is a very helpful and friendly tour guide—always smiling, accommodating, and a joy to be with. She even went beyond the tour days, responding to my questions and helping us navigate through Fukuoka. Her dedication and genuine care truly stand out, and I highly recommend her to anyone visiting Fukuoka. - Marcus Del Rosario We have visited Japan 5X to date, and hired the services of 3 local tour guides in Kyoto-Osaka-Kobe, Sapporo and now in Fukuoka with YOKO. We were really happy with YOKO. She was professional, thorough, informative and was even quick to help find the lost handbag of our daughter-in-law at the Canal City mall. - Ma. I experienced a terrifying bag scare in Fukuoka after leaving my bag—with all our passports—inside a mall restroom. Panic completely set in, but Yoko stayed calm, compassionate, and reassuring, guiding me step by step through what to do. She contacted mall security, stayed with me at the information desk, and thanks to her dedication, my bag was safely returned. YOKO truly went above and beyond. Everyone, I'm deeply touched by your kind comments. You showed such interest in Japanese culture and history, and listened to my stories with such sincerity. During lunch, I also enjoyed hearing about life in the Philippines and your families. It felt like spending time with friends. There was an unexpected incident, but luckily the lost item was found. “Excellent! Truly amzing tour by Yoko!”

My family and I's experience was truly amazing! We wanted to experience a tour of the local Japan culture of the Fukuoka Prefecture and we got it! From experiencing the shrines and temples to the Japanese Garden waterfall was definitely worth our while! We will definitely book a tour with Yoko again if we can and next time we want to see the lying budda and more waterfalls. 10 out of 10!!!

“Wonderful Tour of Fukuoka”

I was very happy to end up experiencing Fukuoka with Yoko on her day tour. She speaks great English, was extremely knowledgeable about Fukuoka / Japan, and always answered my questions with optimism. Prior to meeting up with her, she responded very fast to online questions and was punctual on the day of our tour. She is a very friendly person and came well prepared.
