Hi! I am Kazue. I am from Fukuoka and live in the central city. I spent almost 20 years traveling around the world as a cabin attendant. I had worked for the Japan's biggest travel agency JTB (Japan Travel Bureau) for 35 years as a tour escort for Japanese. I visited 68 countries and of course all over Japan as well. So I’m familiar with almost all of the tourist attractions in Japan. More over I’m also a professional magician now. I’m a member magician of The Magic Castle in Hollywood in US. That's why I made a decision to become an English tour guide. I acquired a tour guide license issued by the Japanese government with a lot of hard work in 2016 and I started from the following year. I guided 1,420 people with 17 groups totaly in 2017and 1,600 people in 1018. Through long work for travel business, I was assigned to excursions of all over Japan, such as Sapporo, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nagoya, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Okinawa and others, which gave me intimate knowledge about most places in the country. In addition, I am adept in business fields and knowledgeable about historical sites, traditional culture and modern subcultures in Japan. My wife is a disabled person with an intractable disease who needs 24-hour nursing care. Our daughter takes care of my wife while I am guiding. But I assure you Hakata is the best place in Japan to visit and live, since you can visit Kyushu everywhere with stay in Fukuoka as hub and visit Nagasaki, Miyazaki, Oita , or Kagoshima , all of them are wonderful attractive places. Kyushu is actually the origin of Japan in Japanese mythology, which generated the Japanese Shintoism in Takachiho Gorge. There are so many attractive places to see and so many fabulous foods to eat , fresh fish, beef, Motsunabe, Udon, and so many foods were generated from this region. I can introduce and explain a lots of stuff about here to you . To talk about my career, I started to work at company Panasonic and after that , I walked on the career for Automotive component as sales working for American companies. I had education at Meiji University majoring Business Administration and was exchanged to University of Alberta in Canada. Though I walked in the field different from tourism, I was always aspired to talk about and promote Japan to foreign countries and people and wanted to be civil Ambassador for long time and became guide 2 years ago. I was borne and raised in Fukuoka. I'm retired last year, and now slowly enjoying life. Before retireing, I work for IT related services for over 4 decades. My job roles were programmer, System Engineer, IT department Manager and IT project manager, additionally Internal Auditor. But, I feel it's a long time ago. I'm not a sporty person. I prefer reading books(Manga & novels) and listening music. Especially, I like Taiyou Matsumoto's commic & Tatsurou Yamashita's pop music. I also like outdoor activities like camping, jogging and chairing. Especially, enjoyning chairing. (Taking a folding chair and walk to the beach, which is 15 minutes away, and just relax.) I want to communicate with many people through the Japan as it is.

“Family Trip”
Guided by Hero, our family had a great time in Kyushu Island, exploring Kumamoto, Takachiho, Nagasaki, Hirado, Ureshino, and Fukuoka. Definitely recommend him for Kyushu tour.

“Excellent 2-day custom guided tour experience”
We had a wonderful experience with Chiyako-san as our guide in Fukuoka. She is personable and great to talk to - and well-prepared for the tour. Our visits to the various local and tourists spots, were made more meaningful and enjoyable after learning about the origins and history etc. We would not have enjoyed as much if we have done it on our own. Do I recommend her tour? Yes!

“Professional and Caring ”
Katsuhisa was extremely professional and communicative throughout our trip. He kept us updated on weather conditions and checked in about preferences before our journey began. Despite our very ambitious itinerary - which includes about 6 hours of driving in a single day - Katsuhisa fulfilled all of our requests with a positive attitude and no complaints. We were also traveling with our 2-year-old, and Katsuhisa took extra care to ensure our little one was comfortable and happy. At the end of our trip, Katsuhisa even surprised us by buying a thoughtful adorable gift for our child. We truly appreciate how Katsuhisa made our trip extra special. Joining his tour was definitely the highlight of our time in Japan.
