Welcome to Fukuoka! This tour will take you to traditional tourist sites in Fukuoka. You will see the history, culture, and life in merchant and samurai districts in Fukuoka. Furthermore, please take a breather in a beautiful park and Japanese garden. The tour takes 6 hours. I will help you make memories.

Hakata Sennen-no-Mon Gate
This gate stands as a welcome gate to temples and shrines.
Jyotenji Temple
This temple is the origin of Udon, Soba noodles, and the Hakata Gion Yamakasa.
Tochoji Temple
The Great Buddha and the five-storied pagoda are must-sees.
Hakata Machiya Folk Museum
The museum shows the life, culture, history, and festival of Hakata, the merchant district, from the 19th century to the early 20th century.
Kushida Shrine
The Hakata Gion Yamakasa Festival is dedicated at this shrine every year.
Kawabata Shopping Arcade
The traditional shopping arcade tells the history of Hakata. Some shops sell traditional craftworks such as Hakata Dolls and Hakata Textiles.
Lunch
Please enjoy the local specialty in Fukuoka. I can introduce restaurants that suit your requests.
Ohori Park, Japanese Garden, Fukuoka Castle Ruins (If time allows.)
The scenery and atmosphere are nice. This park is a place of rest for citizens as well as tourists.

I cultivated the spirit of hospitality during my career at hotels in Asian countries, including Malaysia, Maldives, and Thailand, and at a hotel in Australia. After returning to Japan, I engaged in inbound tourism introducing great sites, Japanese culture, and Japanese food.
I confidently show around historical sites and urbanized areas and introduce delicious food in Fukuoka and Kyushu. I guide you to beautiful places according to your plans. I like traveling at home and abroad, watching movies, sports, and comedies. I also love music and often go to live concerts. Therefore, I can share a wide range of topics.

A very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable guide, Ms Yoko prepared each day's itinerary very well and in detail, highlighting special points of interest to our private group of four.
