If it were possible, we would award Kazue ten stars. We retained her services for a private Fukuoka tour, and she far exceeded our expectations. When we mentioned our search for relatives, Kazue made pre-arranged phone calls and coordinated meetings with two cousins and an uncle. She took us to the temple where our ancestors are buried, arranged a delicious lunch, and helped us navigate the language barrier. Without Kazue's assistance, we would not have been able to arrange any of this. We are grateful for Kazue's exceptional professionalism, kindness, and dedication to helping us connect with our roots. “comprehensive and enjoyable introduction to Fukuoka”

My husband and I had a delightful full day tour of Fukuoka with Masa-San. Masa-San was knowledgeable and fluent in English. The pace of the tour was just right for us, there were plenty of photo opportunities and the choice of lunch venue was excellent. A special thank you to Masa-San for assisting us to purchase a specific food item to bring back to Singapore. We highly recommend this tour.
