About Tour Guide Kazue I.
Hi! I am Kazue. I am from Fukuoka and live in the central city.
I spent almost 20 years traveling around the world as a cabin attendant. Meeting different people, different cultures and eating local food were best things in my career.
This experience definitely widened my perspective and will help me in some way when I work as a guide.
Since I spent half my life outside of Japan, I noticed our culture and traditions are very unique and became more interested in historical sites in Japan.
For my personal life, I am a mom of twins. It is still a hard work but I am enjoying a lot with them. We take them around Kyushu whenever possible for their fun and experience.
We all love traveling after all.
I am looking forward to showing you around our hometown soon!
Important
I will be happy to guide you neighboring prefectures if you pay me transportation fee.

“Yanagawa river cruise with twin 3 year olds”
Hi we had a group of 8 people which was five adults and three children. Kazue was on time we took the train to do the river cruise and trying to navigate with two strollers was challenging but we were allowed to pack the strollers on the boat. There's two cruises one from the train station to the town and another for the town. We had an eel lunch and learned about strawberries from the nearby stand. It was a great trip and she gave us advice on how to get around the mall that we lived nearby.

Dear, Mr.Wilson Thank you very much for your detailed comments for the tour. This would surely help someone especially traveling with children and a stroller. It is a pity that we couldn't make it to Dazaifu Tenmagu shrine after the river cruise. Please come back to Fukuoka again to do more things here. It was great meeting you all and spending the time together. Thank you again! Warmest,Kazue

“Introduction to Fukuoka ”
Kazue was an amazing host, who made us feel quickly at ease with the city of Fukuoka. She made changes as the day went on to suit our needs and we felt that we would not have had such a good experience without a local guide. After the tour, we were able to better navigate the city and this saves us a lot of time and stress. We highly recommend Kazue to anyone considering a guide in Fukuoka.

“Family Tour Guide in Fukuoka”
We had a wonderful experience with Kazue as our tour guide during our recent visit to Fukuoka. She led us through Kushida Shrine and Canal City Hakata, and her warm personality, clear organization, and remarkable flexibility made the day truly enjoyable. What stood out most was her adaptability — when our plans suddenly changed due to our kids, Kazue adjusted seamlessly and made sure everyone was comfortable and engaged. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing a great experience for families. I would 100% recommend Kazue to anyone looking for a family-friendly, professional, and thoughtful tour guide in Fukuoka.

Explore Fukuoka with a Friendly Local Guide! Hi, I’m Masa T. — a passionate and experienced local guide based in Fukuoka. Over the past 6 years, I’ve had the pleasure of guiding more than 1,100 travelers from the U.S., Europe, Australia, and Asia as a volunteer guide. My goal is simple: to help you discover the best of Fukuoka through fun, personalized, and flexible tours. I have created many tour courses based on my local knowledge and interests, and I’m also happy to offer customized tours tailored to your specific preferences and schedule. I studied in the U.S. for 1 year and 8 months, and later worked as a manager at a major Japanese company, where I collaborated with engineers from various countries. I then served as a director of a group company for 7 years. These experiences have helped me connect easily with people from all over the world. After exploring, I’d be happy to introduce you to some of the best local restaurants, where you can enjoy Sushi, Tempura, Sukiyaki, Ramen, Teppanyaki, and more. Let’s make unforgettable memories together in Fukuoka! Drawing on my background in international projects and leadership positions, I strive to provide tours that are both enjoyable and insightful for my guests." I participated in a five-day international convention organized by the World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations in Fukuoka, attended by approximately 600 tour guides from around 50 countries, where I attended professional seminars and exchanged knowledge with guides from around the world.

Yukihiro (Hero)行博
Hello, everyone!! My name is Yukihiro(行博), call me "HERO". I'm eager to introduce this unique country, Japan to foreign guests. I am not a professional interpreter. I have retired from Japan Ground Self-Defense Force(JGSDF=Japanese Army) on March 2018. I have spent most of my career as a Army NCO(Non-commissioned officer) . My job experiences are only in the military, but there are variety of specialties, so I didn't feel boredom. I lived in many places all over Japan, such as Hokkaido 10years, Chiba 15years, Okinawa 8years and more places. I am working for the half of month as a tour-conductor in Okinawa Japan. Rest of month, I live in Nagasaki Prefecture, and work as a Triple Lights interpreter tour guide. I am registered as a Okinawa prefectural interpreter tour guide (English & Chinese), but don't have a whole Japan area certification. So I am brushing my skill up to get it. I speak English, Chinese (simplify & traditional) , no problem to guide you, not like a native though.
