Hi there! I’m Armand. Living in Nagasaki since 2016. I am living a most relaxing life on my permaculture homestead in the hills of Nagasaki, where you get the best views in Japan. I love my town. As a dancer and actor I love telling stories too. And there are so many great stories to share about all the interesting people that once dwelled in this adventurous town full of historical intrigues.

“Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Highly Recommended Guide”
Our family of four had a wonderful time exploring Nagasaki with Armand. He is friendly, an excellent communicator, and very knowledgeable. He was also highly responsive the day before the tour, making it easy for us to organize and customize our plan. Armand guided us through Nagasaki’s famous Atomic Bomb Museum and Peace Park, the Twenty-Six Martyrs Monument, Fukusaiji Temple, Suwa Shrine, and Sofukuji Temple, while also leading us along charming, off-the-beaten-path neighborhoods that gave us a more local perspective. It was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend Armand!

“Dutch and Chinese history of Nagasaki”
Armando showde is around in the historica quarter close to the port. His local knowledge not only gave us an idea of the history but also the many funny details made it entertaining, which made it very easy to spend four hours in this small area.
