Hi there! I’m Armand. Living in Nagasaki since 2016. I am living a most relaxing life on my permaculture homestead in the hills of Nagasaki, where you get the best views in Japan. I love my town. As a dancer and actor I love telling stories too. And there are so many great stories to share about all the interesting people that once dwelled in this adventurous town full of historical intrigues.

Armando was the perfect guide for this trip. Warm, knowledgeable, endlessly patient, and genuinely passionate about what he does — it made all the difference. He handled every logistic seamlessly, from transport to meals to navigating the island itself, so we could just focus on taking it all in. He also has deep local relationships and a real respect for the place and its history, which came through in every interaction. We learned so much from him and had more fun than we expected. This is not a trip you could easily do on your own, and Armando is exactly the guide you want. Two of the most memorable days of our entire Japan visit. “Another great day”
A great second day with Armando. We went to the nuclear bomb memorial and then to the Peace Park. Armando was a wealth of knowledge for both locations. Afterwards, we did a little shopping and then picked up a few food items to have a little picnic in the park right by the ship. Perfect was to end a great day thanks to Armando.
