“Fabulous Day with Keiko”

We had a marvellous day with Keiko. She was 10 mins early and we set out for a very busy, informative day. Lots of walking which we really enjoyed. Saw the highlites of your A - and more. She was very helpful and even took the time to show us how to get to the bullet train - including all the details for our ongoing trip. Wonderful day and she was excellent. Thanks Keiko!

“EXCEPTIONAL 5 STAR GUIDE and Excellent English! ”

As someone who has owned a tourism related business (in Alaska) for 30 years, having also traveled worldwide extensively, I understand the importance of outstanding guide skills combined with quality customer service. As an independent guide Keiko far surpassed my expectations. Traveling with my 83 year mother meant organizing a day that would be interesting while also achievable (without over-exhaustion). Keiko was marvelous in her communication messages prior to our meeting, informative and flexible in figuring out what would best suit my mom. Keiko met us at our hotel with a clear plan (a folder with visuals) followed by sharing 6 hours of fascinating history/ information/ culture/ life throughout our 3 different stopping points. We only used taxis which was very easy for my mom as well as a nice way to get narration from Keiko about which areas or buildings were of significance. Keiko speaks excellent English, has a lovely personality and was thoughtful in how to best strategize the day. I especially appreciated how attentive she was to my mom’s needs (including navigating through crowds). I am grateful for the memorable day we experienced in Tokyo because of Keiko!!

“Great experience with a very knowledgeable guide.”

Our guide Keiko was superb as our tour guide for Tokyo. The one day experience with her was excellent. She came well prepared with complete explanations of all the sites we visited. She delivered much historical information that would’ve been difficult to extract just by reading the signs at the various sites we visited. She gave more detailed history about the sites and how they were important in integrating it with ancient old and modern day Tokyo. Very insightful information that you can tell she research carefully and thoroughly. Brought a folder with pictures and further explanation of the sites that she took us to. The communication was clear. You can easily recognize that she studied in the United States for a few few years. Our group thoroughly enjoyed touring Tokyo with her. We would do it again. We all would highly recommend her as a tour guide of Tokyo.
