Hello, bonjour, привет ! I’m a multilingual guide based, offering cultural and historical tours across Osaka, Kyoto and Nara — with a special focus on Shinto shrines, Buddhist temple and Japan history.
Kansai is a beautiful area which provide everything you want to see in Japan! Electric, gourmet and vintage with Osaka, traditional and rich of Japanese crafts and temples with Kyoto, and turn to country side and beautiful nature and history in Nara.
One of my favorite spots to guide is Sumiyoshi Taisha, one of Japan’s oldest and most iconic Shinto shrines. Through these tours, I share stories, traditions, and perspectives that bring Japanese history and mythology to life.

“A perfect introduction to Osaka. ”
Katia was ideal from the outset. During the weeks prior to booking, she was responsive, informative and pleasant to deal with. She met us early at our hotel and was flexible throughout the day due to our requests. Before commencing the tour for the day, our children were anxious about the day ahead, but at the conclusion, they were in tears parting company with Katia. It set a good mood for the start of our 2 weeks in Japan. Katia was knowledgeable and tailored the day to fit everyone’s tastes.
