“Last minute changes both parties ”
Issei advised last minute he cldn't make it but rather than leave us without a guide had made arrangements to have a guide/driver meet us. We also had last minute chgs as one in our party had serious walking issues. They all made sure we saw the highlights. They were flexible, professional, the vehicle comfortable for 4. I highly recommend both GoWithGuide and when in kyoto/osaka Issei.

“Not great ”
We didn’t get Issei instead he had two different people each day. We did not get any history notes. It was very expensive and we had a driver and a “guide” but definitely not a tour guide each day. We had what I would call a “babysitter”. We were very disappointed.

He always maintain his patience and understanding every time we have some minor delay due to unexpected things required because we have a 3 years old boy my grandson that always having tantrums.
